Is my payment safe and secure? 

At The Paraiso we want to ensure every single one of our customers' shopping experience with us is flawless, safe and secure from the very start. We use Stripe which is a trusted global payment service that offers seamless security to all of our customers. Personal data we collect from you is secured further by Secure Socket Layering (SSL) which means that you can further enjoy shopping and making your online payments with full confidence. 

Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Also accepted are gift cards using these methods. 

Please note that the price shown on the web of items at the time of purchase is the Final Price with no exceptions. 

 

I'm having trouble processing my payment online, or I'd like to order over the phone or by email. 

No problem at all, we can help you out with this. Please call us on (0034) 604006081 ** (10:00 - 19:00 Spanish time) and we will assist you further with any issues you may have. We can also take orders over the phone by calling the same number, or email us on Relax@TheParaiso.com (Please note we will have to call you however to take payment over the phone as for security purposes we cannot process via email.) 

 

SHIPPING FAQs

 

I'm thinking about, or have already placed an order. When will it be shipped out? 

If your order is placed before 2pm GMT we will ship out your order the following business day. Your order will be shipped via courier and will arrive within an estimated 2 - 5 business days after shipping out of our warehouse (not including Sundays and holidays). Please note that our office and warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders received during this time, or on Friday, will be shipped out on the Monday. Purchases cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APOFPO addresses. We will notify you by phone or email if an item is out of stock. We aim to ship all items within 24-48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends.)

 

I want to ship to mainland Europe or Great Britain and Rep of Ireland. How much will this cost? 

Shipping will be at a flat rate of 10 Euros per order, unless we have an offer stating otherwise. Please check out our social media pages for shipping discounts!

 

I want to ship internationally to anywhere outside mainland Europe, or I can't see my shipping destination when I am at checkout. 

Please contact us for a shipping quote and we will add this to your order. Either call us on (0034) 881 885 054 (Between 10:00 - 14:00) or email us on Relax@TheParaiso.com and we will help you out with this in whatever way we can. We love our international customers too!

Please note international orders may incur surcharges and import taxes and duties. These are the customers responsibility to pay.

If there is a problem with our online service, website or ordering and payment facility, of course we can help! My order is delayed, lost, or other shipping issues. Please help!

We will try all that we can to help resolve this issue for you. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any shipping losses, damages or delays, however we will absolutely make sure that we get this sorted out for you. We hate it when things go wrong too, and as a small boutique, we don't want our customers to be unhappy. We will contact our shippers on your behalf and aim to reach a resolution, whether this be finding your items or offering you a refund via our insured package service. 

 

How can I receive my Free Sign Up Voucher? 

As a way of saying thank you from The Paraiso, and to show you some love, we will give you a free voucher worth 10 euros, to spend when you spend over 100 euros. To receive the voucher, please opt in to our newsletter on our website, and we will send you your code within 24 hours. Please make sure that after you sign up for our newsletter, you visit your email account and confirm subscription via the email we have sent you. If you want yours sooner, or want to place an order using the voucher, please visit our contact page! Each voucher can only be used once.
